I enjoy reading books that consist of a collection of stories written by various authors - especially when the subject is animals or nature. In her book Travels With Our Fellow Creatures Phyllis Hobe has compiled a wonderful selection of animal stories from numerous exceptional writers including: Cleveland Amory, Willie Morris, Farley Mowat, Roger Caras and Dian Fossey, to name a few. I enjoyed several of the chapters so much that I am trying to acquire the books that these excerpts were taken from.
